INTRODUCTION TO SVSIHHI PRIVATE SURVIVAL THEME CITIES
United Nations Climate Change IPCC 2018 Report clearly cautions the global community that science alerts citizens that there are a remaining 12 years to stabilize the rising atmospheric temperature to the noted 1.5 degrees rise. This report advises that there will unfold a continuous degradation of survival for biomass (flora and fauna) forms of life on Earth into the XXII century. By year 2100, the rising tidal zones will displace 1 - 2 billion people. How will the UN 193 country membership formulate a global mission to accommodate these transitions without witnessing large scale human devastation through war or disease? And, can the SVSIHHI template mitigate the reconciliation between loss of atmosphere integrity and this sustained commerce and trade drive ? In Step Three we discuss the necessity of citizens taking command of commerce and trade on a global basis; relegating bankers and arms dealers to secondary roles.
The Max Planck Institute In Germany reports that human life expectancy could reasonably exceed 115 years. North American indigenous peoples historically enjoyed stable years beyond 100; and, currently the Japanese village of OGIMI witnesses seniors as enjoying life beyond 112 years. Currently, the world's population of 7.7 billion, is calculated to exceed 9.7 billion by year 2050 - and, 11.2 billion by 2100. Population projections advise that our global growth is 1.09% per annum. Therefore, how can Earth feed its people? The Mwe Commerce Group ICG advocates that Canada must provide leadership. The ratio of people to habitable land in Canada is  37 million people to 10 million square kilometers : i.e., 247.105 acres per sq km. Prior to European settlement, the indigenous people's customary land allocation was one square mile per family of five (128 acres per individual). Historical and continued global humankind  poverty is a disease of commerce and trade : greed.
